Facilities and a normal cleaning of the house is included in the price.
Only a cost of towels and sheets is exclusive with 200 kr per guest.

For conferences, festivities, weddings and other events where dinner is included, other rates can be negotiated when booking.

In Villa Salthamn there is Wi-Fi, a white board, projector, projector canvas, notepad.
The guest is always provided with a notepad and pen.
In Villa Salthamn there is a indoor swimming pool, a sauna, relaxing area and a pool table. Don’t forget to remind your guests to bring bathing suits.
For conferences there is a fixed cost per booking. Conference package, facilities and regular cleaning 6,000 kr plus 25% VAT.

In Villa Salthamn there is a indoor swimming pool, sauna and relaxing area, as well as a pool table.
A fixed cost of 5,000 kr for facilities and regular cleaning is always charged per booking, regardless of the amount of guests.
A deposit of 5,000 kr is always charged and reimbursed at departure, when the keys are returned and the space is returned in its original condition.
General Information
You can rent the Villa all year around for shorter rental periods. You can decide between price per night or per weekly. Change over for the weekly rentals normally happens on Mondays.

Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed.
When cancelling earlier than two months before arrival, your deposit is fully reimbursed and 80% of the rent. If the cancellation is made later than two months prior to arrival there will be no reimbursement. In case of certain circumstances and medical certificate we can waive from above.

About the Villa Salthamn
At Villa Salthman you find luxurious accomodation for up to 23 guests, divded into six double rooms and three single rooms with the possibility to add six extra beds. On top of that there are five bathrooms, a lounge with an open fireplace, relaxing area with indoor swimming pool, sauna, bar, pool table, all in all a villa with class.
The unique house suits perfect for you who want to book conferences, retreat weekends, cooking classes or wine tastings. You can also rent the house together with friends and just enjoy staying in a luxurious villa for a week.
When you rent Villa Salthamn you also have access to a magnificent dinning room for 20 people. There is all you need to serve 20 guests. If there are more guests during your weekly rental, other prices are applied. In terms of time we can also help you with dinners during weekly rentals.

Wether you are an individual or a coporate guest, Villa Salthamn is suitable for dinners, festivities, celebrations, weddings, conferences and retreats for up to 70 guests all year around. Then you can enjoy the terrace in the garden with a magical view over the sea and the sunsets.
Owner Jacqueline Raymond is also a chef and sommelier. With 20 years of experience from Hamburger Börs in Stockholm, she invites you to exclusive gourmet experiences.
