Rental Conditions and Booking regulations
Smoking is forbidden in all houses.
Cancellation prior two months before arrival the deposit and 80% of the rent is refunded. If your cancellation is made later than two months before arrival there is no refund. In particular circumstances and with a medical certificate we can depart from above.
If you haven’t paid for cleaning then you have to clean according to the care list. In Villa Salthamn a normal cleaning is always included in the price.

If there is any stolen items or damage in the house we will charge your card.
