Mine Taylan
Mine have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and started teaching just over 14 years ago. She opened the first Hot yoga studio in Malmö in south of Sweden 2007.
After teaching her first official yoga teacher course, she has taught over 6,000 hours. Her experience of yoga education and as a studio owner, as well as from a wide range of courses she has been a leader of, has given her a deep understanding of many different types of yoga and for each participant’s individual needs and opportunities.
Linda Nilsson
Linda Nilsson, founder of Raw Food House in Malmö and author of the Raw Food cooker, comes here and inspires us in the green, beautiful kitchen! With her love for the finest plant-based ingredients. Raw food kitchen offes amazing flavors while being full of nutrition. Together with Linda, we create different raw food dishes, which we later can bing back home.
Meltem Duzakin
Meltem was also on the last retreat and talked a lot about breathing, as she has a great knowledge of this since she is a lung specialist.
Meltem Duzakin is a doctor and has practiced yoga since the mid 90’s. She has become a yoga instructor to understand how the basics of yoga are connected with modern western medicine. After her initial training at Gerdahallen in Lund in 2006, she continued her education at Global Yoga Shala 2013 (USA / France, Yoga Alliance Certified, 200 Hours). Meltem is a specialist in lung and allergy diseases and holds workshops on the anatomy and physiology of breathing for future yoga instructors. She knows everything (you need to know) about breathing.
