The price includes four nights in single bed in double room (additional fee for single rooms applies with 300 kr/night). The price includes high quality meals, daily workshops, yoga classes, mindfulness training, food inspiration and much more. Here you can also enjoy a indoor swimming pool and a sauna with relaxing area and you can also enjoy walks in the beautiful nature.

Food is a central part of the retreat and you will enjoy fantastic vegetarian food, mindful eating, to support the healing properties of the body. Food is the foundation for your energy intake and the key to a healthy life. Salthamn view on health is with an ayurvedic direction. All meals are prepared by Jaqueline Raymond, who is a chef and sommelier.
Jacqueline uses the finest ecological product and her own homegrown herbs, prepared with love and care. You get to taste local delicacies from Gotland and healthy smoothies amoungst many other things, as well as homemade bread and seed crackers as well as chips made out of lotus root. A diner or lunch by Jacqueline can for example include beautiful vegetarian sushi or nettle soup with sweet potato puree, carrot, ginger and turmeric. You also get to enjoy Jaqueline’s delicious and healthy desserts.
MediYoga/ Medical Yoga
MediYoga is a calming and soft kind of yoga, which works for everybody, soft exercises customized according to each persons own ability. In this type of yoga you also learn breathing- and concentration technics, deep relaxation and meditation. The excercises within medical yoga aims to that each person gets to know their body, mind and soul in order to become aware of inbalances in the body. The red thread is to learn and practice the deep breathing, which gives energy and heals.

Leg. Physiotherapist with special competence within Psychomotor physiotherapy.
Body and movement therapist, educated at Karolinska Institutet and Danshögskolan in Stockholm. Certified Zen Coach and Mindfulness Instructor. Educational Officer at Mindfulness Group. Collaborates with Minds Unlimited where she works with leadership and organizational development.
After a life crisis in 2002, Rosario discovered the deep importance of meditation for her as a human being. An insight that the meditative state has often been present during the dance exercise and that it has been with her for many years. It consciously reigned in a new way that allowed her to bring the experience outside the sphere of dance into daily life.
Rosario sees personal development as a natural way to enrich life and to constantly find new aspects within oneself and in others. She leads courses in Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence with a focus on individual, leadership, organization and creativity. With her over 14 years of personal development experience and profound professional knowledge, she creates a permissive security in the group. She is responsive and creative and inspires to find new approaches to ourselves, in our close relationships and in our daily lives.
Yoga instructor: Alexandra Ek
Alexandra is MediYoga Therapist Trainee educated at the MediYoga Institute in Stockholm with an in-depth understanding of Hormone Balance and Mindfulness (MIMY) and Diploma Mindfulness Instructor in Mindfulness Group. Background: PhD and File. Mag. She leads courses in Hormone Balance, Radiant Woman and MediYoga Fullness of YogaMana and Yoginis & Friends in Stockholm. After discovering what valuable tools yoga and mindfulness are for inner well-being, strength and health, she combines to convey it to others and to enjoy all the colors of life.
Host: Jaqueline Raymond
Jacqueline is a entrepreneur and consultant, chef and sommelier. Jacqueline works to create an oasis on Gotland with cultures, permaculture and exciting architecture in which people can enjoy and feel at home. In Villa Salthamn and the Sea Villas dining hall, she arranges conferences and a variety of unique dinner events. Previously, Jacqueline was chef and sommelier at the famous event space Hamburger Börs in Stockholm, which she also co-owned for many years. She creates art and beauty with the ingredients and unique flavor combinations that delight the overall experience.
